Information SigniPi Collects
In operating the SigniPi digital signage platform, Carpathian may collect both Personal Information and non-Personal Information. Personal Information is data that can be directly or indirectly linked back to you ("Personal Information"). Non-Personal Information is data that, on its own, does not identify an individual.
Account Information You Provide
When you create a SigniPi account, you provide Personal Information including your username, email address, first and last name, phone number (optional), and billing information for paid plans. If you are referred by another user, we may link your account to the referrer's account for reward purposes.
Digital Signage Content
SigniPi stores and processes the digital content you upload for your displays, including images, videos, PDFs, presentations, and multimedia files. We also store display names, descriptions, settings, and configuration data for your digital signage displays. Content is associated with your account and stored securely on our servers.
Usage and Activity Data

How You Can Control Your Information
Through your SigniPi account dashboard, you can review, update, and manage your personal information, display content, and account settings. You can delete uploaded files, modify display configurations, and update your profile information at any time. For account deletion or data export requests, contact us at info@carpathian.ai. You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any communication, though we may still send essential service notifications and security alerts.
When you delete content or displays, they are removed from active service but may be retained in backup systems for a limited time for recovery purposes. We may retain certain data as required by law, for fraud prevention, or for legitimate business purposes even after account deletion. Complete removal from all backup systems may take additional time to process.
Third-Party Links and Integrations
SigniPi may contain links to external websites or integrate with third-party services for enhanced functionality. Carpathian is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites or services you access through SigniPi.
Children's Privacy
SigniPi is not directed toward individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided Personal Information to SigniPi, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate action to remove such information.
